This is the mentality of the wealthy. Barons, from freeman / warrior (think of warrior Kayne-night Priests), are instructed very similarly to other nobility and peoples of great wealth. People of such positions of power are led to believe the lower classes, commonly typified as “the profane,” need the divine rule of the leaders for their survival. They are led to believe they are gods --- you will find many “influential” people overtly (or covertly) believing this premise from before the times of Egyptian pharaohs to today.
